The sad thing is there are lots of people who think their own sensibilities are more important than the health and lives of millions of other people. Case in point: I think Facebook has a ban on showing breasfeeding; there was a scandal about that a while ago. Though they may have changed their rules now they had an (arbitrary) rule for how much breast you're allowed to show. Because too much breast would be obscene you know...even if we're talking about something that is not even remotely sexual but rather something that should be celebrated as the most precious gift a mother can give her child.
